Our Spicy Proscatti Salami is made from pure Pork with spicy peppers and paprika. Frying gently releases the spices and fat to add delicious flavour to pasta and warm salads, or try it on an antipasto platter, pizza or sandwiches. Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack, if kept longer than 7 days keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.
