Our naturally fermented and smoked Dulce Chorizo Salami is mild, with a sweet paprika flavour. Frying gently releases the paprika and fat to add delicious flavour to pasta and warm salads, or try it on an antipasto platter, pizza or sandwiches. Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.
