Our Traditional Aged Salami is made according to Aalt's traditional recipes which use natural fermentation and further aging to give a distinctive rich flavour. Spiced with Paprika and Chilli, this Spanish-styled spicy salami is ideal for antipasto platters, pizza and pasta dishes. Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.
