Ingredients:

100g Nduja

Instructions:

Instructions:

Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until softened.

Add Nduja and stir until it melts into the oil.

Pour in the canned tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
