The unique combination of Red Wine and Chilli enhances the natural rich flavour of Venison salami, making it ideal for antipasto platters, pizza and pasta dishes. Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.
