To compliment a cracker with Capresca, I would avoid another cheese,
but eye up the gherkins and olives sitting in your fridge.
Fresh and crisp is a good way of thinking when it comes to complimenting
Capresca, which is also good for a wine.
With Capresca, I would recommend a very aromatic and crisp Sauvignon
Blanc. The fresh notes will certaily bring out the taste in
the Capresca, and leave a mouth feel that makes every bite a new
taste experience.
