When
matching food with Pastrami you think of gherkins, pickles, blue
cheese and if you are looking for a wine match then I would recommend
a well-aired Pinot Noir. Pastrami is a red meat and with teh
spicy coating is not far removed from a fine peppered steak.
Pinot Noirs have a well-rounded pepper note that compliments the
Pastrami without overpowering the flavour.
