2 Slices Beef Schnitzel
Flour
Egg
Breadcrumbs

Coat each piece with flour, then dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs
Panfry in olive oil for 2 mins on each side

Spätzle:
Thick noodle pasta
Cheese
Verkerks Leg Ham
Spinach

Cook pasta to packet directions
Mix through lots of cheese and let it melt
Add chopped ham and spinach
