Mushrooms
Verkerks Hot Beef
Cheese
Beat three eggs until yolks are broken down, and add basil
Cook in frypan until almost done
In a separate frypan, cook onion and mushrooms
Add to the omelette with hot beef and cheese, and fold over
Cook a little longer on each side
Serve on a bed of panfried courgettes and tomatoes
