(serves two)
Ingredients:
1x 300g packet Verkerks Ham Steaks
2 x diced cooked potatoes
1 x Onion
Garlic
1/2 cup peas
Fry in pan until lightly coloured,
then add Mornay Sauce
Mornay Sauce Ingredients:
1x pint milk (600ml)
75g Butter
1 tsp English Mustard
1/2 handful grated cheese
Melt butter; add flour to make a roux
Add milk slowly
Add mustard and cheese, whisk thoroughly
Serve on egg noodles topped with red pesto croutes
