Ingredients:
500g Bratwurst Sausages
2 tlbs olive oil
1 small cabbage, cut into wedges
1 large onion, diced
425g can chickpeas, drained
1 cup black olives
1 red pepper, diced
1 cup beef stock
2 tlbs cream (optional)
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160°C. In a large fry pan, brown the sausages
and set aside in a large casserole dish. Lastly, brown the
diced onion in a pan and place with the remaining ingredients in
the casserole dish. Stir until combined. Place lid on
and cook in the oven for 1 hour & 15 mins. Serve in warm
bowls.
