Chicken Breast
1 chilli, chopped
½ onion chopped
shredded cabbage
garlic
coriander
kidney beans
paprika
taco
shells
Marinate the chicken in tequila for a short while
Sweat off cabbage, half the chilli, onion, garlic & coriander
in a frypan and put aside
In a separate pan, cook chicken with paprika and the remaining chilli
Once this is nearly cooked, add the kidney beans
Place the cooked cabbage mixture in the shells, followed by the
chicken & kidney beans
Top with sour cream & grated cheese
Place in a warm oven until the cheese melts
