Tattoine's Soup of the Moons

 

2 cans tinned tomatoes
1 onion
garlic
Tomato puree
Brown sugar
Red wine
Chicken stock
1 packet American Streaky Bacon
Sour Cream

In a saucepan, sweat off onion and garlic
Add tinned tomatoes, puree, and chicken stock and let simmer
In a separate pan, reduce brown sugar with red wine, then add to soup
Top serving with fried bacon (crispy) and sour cream

Serve with crusty bread
