Recipe:
200gm Limousin Beef
Green Leaf e.g. Lettuce
1 T Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Method:
1.Season Beef with Salt & Pepper.
2.Pan Seal until brown both sides.
3.Chill fast in Ice water.
4.Pat dry with paper towel & slice thinly.
5.Place on plate & dress with olive oil.
6.Dress salad in separate bowl with olive oil & salt & pepper.
7.Serve salad on top of sliced beef.
8.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & lemon juice.
