potatoes (peeled, diced & cooked)
100g corn kernels
50g sliced mushrooms

cabbage
chopped basil
flour
Dry
and mash the potatoes
Mix with remaining ingredients
Form into cakes and dust both sides with flour
Pan
fry each side for 5 mins or until golden brown
Serve with Rookworst ring, heated in simmering water

gravy potion

Mix
all the ingredients together, and heat in a pan

this reduce for a while, then add flour to thicken
