1 packet Verkerks Hot Pork
1 sweet potato (cooked)
1 mango
1 onion (finely sliced)

Chop the above ingredients and bind with tomato relish & olive oil
Serve on mixed green leaves
Pan fry sliced banana that has been soaked in rum and sugar and garnish the salad
