Whole pineapple (use a marrow if out of season)
Verkerks party franks or frankfurters cut in thirds
Gherkin
Cherry tomato

Cut the pineapple in half
With toothpicks, skewer a frankfurter, gherkin and cherry tomato
Insert the toothpick into the pineapple

Once the pineapple is covered, place on an oven tray and bake for about 5 mins
