T-Bone Steak
Verkerks American Streaky Bacon
Mozerrella Cheese

Seal T-Bone in a hot pan, season to taste with salt and pepper
Lay American Streaky and slices of cheese on the steak
Place in oven at 200ºC for 5-10 mins - until the cheese is melted

Salsa:
Diced tomato
Diced onion
Lime zest and juice
Chopped coriander
½ chopped chilli
pinch of rocksalt

Combine ingredients and serve!
