Verkerks Peperoni Salami roughly chopped
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Thyme
Onions
Garlic
Mushrooms
Red pepper - chopped
Sliced courgette
Pineapple
Apricot
Grated cheese
Method:
Reduce the tomatoes in a pot, then spread over the pizza base
Sprinkle with chopped thyme
In a pan, sweat off onion & garlic
Add mushrooms and salami
Add the cooked ingredients to the pizza
Top with red pepper, courgette, pineapple & apricot
Sprinkle the cheese over the top last
Bake at 160°C for about 10 mins
