Tips
·Purchase ham from VERKERKS.
·Glaze - Mix & Melt Honey, Brown Sugar & Rum. Cool for 10
minutes.
·Cut off rind & 3/4 excess fat.
·Score making cris-cross incisions with meat.
·Spread orange slices over ham.
·Insert cloves through center of oranges to secure.
·Pour cooled glaze over ham.
·Place in hot oven 160 C for about 40 minutes depending on size
of ham.
·Carve when warm & juicy.
