onions, finely chopped
½ cup plus 1 Tbsp olive oil
æ cup crushed walnuts
æ cup breadcrumbs, blended with cold water to a purée

Tbsp Tomato paste
pinch of ground cumin
salt
1 Tbsp pine nuts (sautéed in a little olive oil)

fresh chopped chilli
Sweat
off onions in olive oil
Add walnuts, breadcrumb purée, chilli, tomato paste, cumin and salt
to taste
Continue on a low heat until well blended
Place in a bowl and garnish with pine nuts
Serve
