Spaghetti Pasta (broken into thirds)
Melt butter in a deep pan, and sweat off vegetables, garlic &
peperoni sausage
Add 1 litre of stock and spaghetti, then let simmer
Chop bacon into pieces and fry, then add to rest
Add small potato shapes about 5 mins before finish
Serve in a bucket plate with Croutes de flute
(toasted or fried slices of French stick)
