Recipe:
2 x 200g Liverwurst Chub
4 sheets filo pastry
50g Butter
1 x 230g Streaky Bacon
4 large gherkins
Dash of pakrika.
Season to taste

Method:

1.Lay out pastry and brush with every layer with melted butter.
2.Lay out Bacon over Pastry.
3.Spread or pipe Liverwurst over the bacon.
4.Slice Gherkin and place along centre of liverwurst mix.
5.Roll and brush with butter.
6.Season with paprika.
7.Bake in 180 C Oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
