300g soft cooked & diced potato
diced apple
chopped onion
puff pastry
Sweat off onion in a frypan and let cool
Mix with other ingredients
On a strip of pastry, lay out the ingredients, then lay a second
strip of pastry on top to encase the filling
Crimp the edges together and glaze the strudel with egg yolk
Bake at 180ºC for 20 mins
