300g 'chip' size veal pieces
100g Lemon Grass Powder
Lemon juice
100g breadcrumbs
Mix lemon grass powder, lemon juice and water to make a paste.
Roll veal pieces in the lemon grass mix, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Pan fry in shallow oil.
Serve with your choice of sauce, preferably
Hoi sin, Lemon Honey or Black Bean.
