Packet Verkerks Kransky Sausages
1 onion chopped
Garlic
1 red or green pepper, sliced
1 tin tomatoes
100g Mushrooms, sliced
1 fresh chilli, chopped
In a pan, sweat off
garlic and onion
Add pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms and chilli, and let simmer
Add sliced Kransky towards the end of cooking, as they are already
cooked and only need heating through
Serve with rice
