150g blanched spinach
120g packet Verkerks Leg Ham - shredded
Verkerks Verona Salami - shredded
100g grated Gouda cheese
Peas
Carrots
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sweat off onions in a frypan and let cool
In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients, and add onion
Spread the mixture into a meatloaf tin
Bake at 180ºC for 35 mins
