Jabba the Crepe

 

1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp flour
Verkerks Capresca Salami, stripped
Potatoes, finely diced & fried
Spring onion, chopped
Mayonnaise

Mix milk, eggs and flour to form crepe mix
Cook in a pan on a low heat
In a bowl, mix capresca, potatoes, & spring onion, and bind together with mayonnaise
Roll the salami mixture in crepes

Serve on Jabba's noodles (egg noodles cooked in beetroot juice)
