diced potatoes æ cooked
1 x 200g Hungarian Salami, diced
1 Onion
1 tsp crushed garlic
chopped parsley
grated cheese
sliced tomato
paprika
White sauce:
25g melted butter
Add 50g flour
Mix in 600ml milk
Method:
Sweat off in a pan with a little oil, potatoes, salami, onion, garlic
& parsley
Add white sauce and mix in well
Pour into dish and top with grated cheese, tomato and paprika
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes
