Hungarian Salami Meatballed Goulash

 

(feeds 4)

1 x 200g Hungarian Salami
Meatballs
400gm Beef Mince, pinch of Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic & breadcrumbs.
1 chopped tin of tomatoes
2 medium sized potatoes.
2 medium sized chopped onions
Dash of paprika.
50gm Button Mushrooms
130ml Red Wine
Season to taste
Garnish with Parmesan.

Method:

1.Mix meatball ingredients and roll into 1.5cm diameter balls.
2.Dice Salami to 1.5cm cubes.
3.Dice Potatoes to 1.5cm cubes & precook.
4.Sauté Onions, add Tomatoes & Wine.
5.Add all other ingredients.
6.Simmer until your balls are cooked.
7.Serve in bucket plate and garnish with Parmesan.
