chopped onion
1 carrot sliced thinly
250g noodles (preblanched in hot water)
1
x 100g pack of Verkerks Hot Pork diced
1 Bok Choy (Chinese Lettuce) chopped
1 chopped red pepper
Sliced mushrooms
1 jar Char Siu Sauce (mix of honey & soy sauce)
Method:
Sweat off the onion and garlic in a deep pan or wok with a little
oil. Add vegetables and water as needed and continue to fry.
Keep stirring.
Add
the Char Siu Sauce, and then the noodles.
Don't
overcook; it should look bright and fresh.
Serve
with a nice green tea.
