Recipe:
1 x 100g Packet Verkerks Hot Pork.
1 Onion.
1 Chopped Clove Garlic.
150g Mushrooms.
Shredded Spinach (for colour) how green do you want it?
1 tin chopped tomatoes.
1 yellow Pepper.
Fresh Basil
Seasonings.
Garnish with Olives, grated cheese & natural yogurt.
Serve on a bed of Twisty (spiral) Pasta.
Method:
1.Sweat off onions & garlic.
2.Add chopped tomatoes, yellow peppers, mushrooms, spinach &
shredded Verkerks Hot Pork.
3.Add fresh Basil & season to taste.
4.Serve with recommended salad - we're going to do the egg &
orange thing.
5.Serve in bucket plate.
6.Wipe plate clean with Slice of Europe's Chiabata.
Sit by a window, gaze upon the colourful autumn sun set and enjoy
the flavour of the occasion.
