100g chopped Verkerks Hot Beef
1 Sliced Rookworst
1 Onion
1tsp garlic
Red Pepper
1 Tomato
Olive Oil
Lemon Rind
Shred 1 lettuce
Tzatziki Sauce:
200ml Plain Yoghurt
1/3 grated & peeled cucumber
Pinch chopped fresh mint
1 crushed garlic clove
Method:
Make an envelope from the pita bread
Insert lettuce & souvlaki mix
Drizzle with Tzatziki sauce
If you like it hot, just add some chilli or chilli sauce
