Recipe:
200gm Verkerks Ham.
1 bunch Spinach.
50gm Mixed Nuts.
10gm Cream Cheese.
Seasonings.

6 sheets of filo pastry.
20gm clarified Butter.

Method:
1.Pan-fry all of the first set of ingredients.
2.Once cooked, spoon into buttered sheets of Filo Pastry.
3.Simply fold into envelope shapes.
4.Bake at 180 C for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
