Ingredients:
500g pasta shells, bows or spirals
1 x salami chub, cut into generous cubes
3 zucchinis, sliced diagonally
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
½
cup olives
1
tlbs finely chopped parsley
grated parmesan cheese, to serve
Method:
Brush the zucchini and tomatoes lightly with olive oil. Place
under preheated grill for 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Place
salami on tray under the grill for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Cook
pasta to packet directions. Toss through remaining ingredients and
serve in warm bowls.
