400g Blade Steak, diced
Garlic, chopped
Onion, chopped
Can of dark ale
Beef stock
Mushrooms
Watercress
Mashed Potato
Pastry Rings
Brown the blade steak in a pan with garlic and
onion
Add the ale and beef stock and let simmer
Add sliced mushrooms and watercress for the last 10 minutes
Season to taste, and add flour paste to thicken
Serve on a bed of mashed potato, and top with rings made from puff
pastry
