Remove the rind from 1 Verkerks Cooked Ham

Leave a little surface fat and score with cris-cross shapes (diamonds)

Pierce each diamond with a clove and sliced orange
4)
Pour over Taste Buds' Ham Glaze (Apricot Jam, Ginger & Coriander)
5)
Bake in oven at 180ºC for about 1 hour
6)
The ham should be ready when it is crispy and brown in appearance
7)
Let stand for about 10 minutes then it's ready to carve
