1 packet Verkerks Frankfurters
onion
garlic
mushrooms
thyme
cheese sauce
(butter, flour, milk, cheese)
broccoli or courgette
tagliatelli pasta
parmesan cheese
Cook pasta for 8 mins in boiling water
Sweat off the onion and garlic in a little olive oil
Add sliced frankfurters, mushrooms & thyme
Once heated through, add the cheese sauce
Toss through the cooked pasta
Top with parmesan cheese
Serve with chilli & herbed bread
(oil, herbs, garlic, chilli, blend together, spread on pieces of
french stick and
grill in oven)
