Sauerkraut
Batter (flour, milk, eggs, seasoning)
Thyme
Mash:
Boiled potatoes
Butter
Cream
Nutmeg
Chopped Parsley
In a well greased oven dish or roasting tray,
lay out the frankfurters.
Cover with sauerkraut
Make up the batter and pour over the top
Sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme
Bake at 180ºC for 25 mins
Serve with Creamy Mash and Onion & Mustard
