Fig & Prosciutto Salad

 

Fresh figs (can use dried if out of season)
Salt and pepper
Verkerks Prosciutto
Mixed Green Leaves
Red pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Balsamic Syrup (reduced balsamic vinegar & red wine, cooled)

Method:

1.Lay the leaves on the serving plate
2.Slice the peppers and let them sweat in a a little oil
3.Add the figs, red pepper and rolled slices of prosciutto to the leaves
4.Drizzle with balsamic syrup and parmesan cheese
