Season with salt & black pepper
Pan fry until just cooked

1 Pack Verkerks Middle Bacon
Pan fry until crispy

1 Verkerks Liver Sausage
Cut into four pieces
Flour, egg wash and golden crumb
Pan fry until brown

Black Pudding
Ham steak thickness, pan fry about 2 minutes each side

Present on a platter with sweated onions, mint jelly and seasonal veges

Enjoy with a good English Bitter or Ale
