Sausagemeat
200g Mince
25g Sultanas
25g Chopped Apricot (fresh or tinned)
1 tsp mild curry powder
50g Peas
Verkerks Peperoni Salami - shredded
Garlic
Onion
Breadcrumbs
Sweat off onion & garlic and allow
to cool
Bind onion & garlic with the rest of the ingredients
Form into round balls and place in oven
Bake at 180ºC for 15-20 mins
Serve on spaghetti pasta with tomato
and herb sauce
