x 230g Pack Verkerks Corned Beef
6 stalks blanched asparagus
6 sheets filo pastry
Lay
out sheets of filo pastry and brush with melted butter each sheet
(It is important not to let the filo dry out)
Top
with Verkerks Corned Beef and then the Asparagus
Fold
into parcels and brush with butter
Bake
at 180°C for 10-15 minutes
Serve with good old fashioned baked beans and mustard aioli
Tip:
To
cook the asparagus, place in boiling water for about 4 mins, then
put into ice water. You can cut off the ends if you prefer.
