packet Verkerks Peperoni Sausage or Chorizo chopped finely
½
onion chopped finely
50g
breadcrumbs (if mixture is too wet)
Splash
soy sauce
Pinch
paprika
Thyme
Mix
the above ingredients and roll into little patties
Add
either oil or breadcrumbs to regulate the texture
Fry
until cooked and serve with garlic bread stuffed with hot pork and
heated over the coals of a campfire
