Chorizo Paella with Saffron

 

1x150g Verkerks Pepperoni Sausage (Chorizo)

100g Smoked Chicken
100g Baby Octopus
500g cooked rice with a pinch of Saffron
1 tin red pimento tomatoes
Onion, Garlic, Parsley
1 tsp roasted paprika
Olive Oil

Method:

Really easy.  In a saucepan sweat off everything.  Add to saffron cooked rice.  Mix and serve on a nice big plate.

Serve with a glass of Spanish red or white wine.
