Hot Beef, sliced into strips
Garlic, finely chopped
Onion, chopped
Parsley
Tin of tomatoes
Red Pepper, sliced thinly
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Chill tomatoes in freezer, then blend them slightly, to break down
the tomatoes. Don't overblend or they will lose their colour.
(If you haven't chilled them, you can blend them with icecubes)
Add hot beef, garlic, onion, parsley, red pepper & season to
taste
