Chicken
Recipe:
1 x 230g packet Verkerks Danish Bacon
2 x Chicken Breasts
4 tsp Pesto
Method:
1.Flatten out chicken breasts for form a scallop shape
2. Layer Danish Bacon over scallop
3. Smear pesto on top and roll. Secure with toothpicks
4. Bake at 160° C for about 35 minutes
Bacon & Beer Fritter:
1 x 230g packet Verkerks Middle Bacon chopped
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 can beer
Handful of sweet corn
Cracked Pepper
Method:
1. Mix flour & beer until it is a batter texture
2. Add other ingredients & mix
3. Spoon into oiled frying pan
4. Flip when bubbles appear
5. You know the rest
Finish with a Tomato Salsa
Finely chop and mix fresh tomatoes, coriander, lime, chilli,
onion, garlic and red pepper.
