Recipe:
Roll chicken nibbles or drums in Cajun Spice

Cajun Spice:
1 tsp ground celery seeds or celery salt
1 tsp salt (if not using celery salt)
1 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp oregano
3 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp cumin

Bake in oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes or until brown

Dip in Hoi son Dipping Sauce (available in supermarkets)
