Aliter Baedinum Sive Agninum Excaldatum
(Braied Lamb)

 

8 Lamb cutlets
1 onion
½ celery
300ml White Wine
pinch cumin
pinch coriander
½ tsp pepper
3 potatoes
1 carrot
stock

Coat the lamb cutlets in flour and brown each side in a frypan
Place all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 40 mins
