Chorizos, chopped fine
200g Beef Mince
Flour Tortillas
Onion
Garlic
Chilli Sauce (tomato paste, red wine, chopped chilli)
Fry beef mince with onion & garlic, then drain any excess liquid
Add chopped chorizo and bind with chilli sauce, to form very thick
texture
Spoon mixture onto flour tortillas and fold into a secure cushion
Shallow fry each side for 2 mins
Serve on Pilaf rice
